Everything in Hollywood is a remake these days. Or a remake of a remake. The movie biz is turning in on itself, and everyone is eating themselves alive in an orgy of death and cannibalism. So, we thought, why not join in the feast!

“The Bones of Crazy Randy” is a remake of the very first video Wrestling Team ever made: “An Appliance to Murder”. Originally written for a Film Kitchen short contest “Appliance” broke the only two rules the contest had: 1) to be about an appliance (it wasn’t) and 2) to be no more than 4 minutes in length (it wasn’t). The story of a rabbi doomed to eternal life and of a bar mitzvah gone divinely wrong is still weird and fun, and we always wanted to do something proper with it. We still don’t have the equipment we need to really do it up right, but until we get real jobs, an office-chair-as-a-dolly will have to suffice.

Enjoy!
